The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of insurance defense and complex civil litigation experience, with independent docket management, deposition and motion practice, and strong client-relations skills.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated attorney to manage a sophisticated litigation portfolio involving New York Labor Law, construction accident, transportation, premises liability, general liability, and commercial disputes.
We are looking for more than a researcher or motion writer. We seek an attorney who can independently develop and execute case strategy, manage client relationships, and drive matters from inception through resolution.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 4-8 years of insurance defense and complex civil litigation experience

The salary range for this role is $220,000 - $250,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
