Lang Thal King & Hanson PC in Scottsdale seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. You will manage a diverse caseload in commercial and construction litigation, draft pleadings, motions, and court documents, and represent clients in courts, agencies, arbitration, and mediation.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the Arizona bar, has 1+ year of litigation experience, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, organization, and research skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Arizona State Bar admission is required.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (commercial or construction preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes and construction litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Represent clients before Courts, Government Agencies, as well as in Arbitration, and Mediation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain client communications and manage deadlines.
