Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for deposition and trial.
