Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with exposure to commercial, product liability, toxic tort, class action and medical malpractice.
• Strong case management, motion drafting, discovery and deposition skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage case workups and strategy for assigned matters.
• Draft critical motions and pleadings, and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in court proceedings.
