The role:

• Defend insurer and business clients in a range of litigation matters, including premises liability, transportation, construction‑related disputes, product liability, and general liability claims
• Manage cases through key stages of litigation, including motions, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Maintain proactive client communication and contribute to case strategy and resolution
• Base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience
• Reimbursement for professional expenses
