Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze matters to provide competent legal representation.
• Draft documents and route through office procedures.
• Conduct legal research using approved resources and libraries.
• Manage deadlines for client matters and court dockets.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants when needed.
• Maintain client communications and time entries for billing.
