• Assist with the management of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Assist with discovery, deposition preparation, and the development of case materials.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate.
• Support trial preparation and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, legal analysis, and matter management.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and procedures.
