Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Insurance Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA, to join a dynamic team focused on complex litigation and dispute resolution with emphasis on insurance matters.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience, a JD, and strong writing and advocacy skills, plus client and case management abilities. Deposition and court experience preferred; California licensure in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda.
• Draft complex case analyses and prepare briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct, propound, and respond to discovery, including depositions.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel.
