Job summary

Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Montgomery County (Blue Bell), PA office for a Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, government investigations and criminal prosecutions.

Qualifications

• JD required and PA licenciae.
• Superior academic record and excellent writing skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, drafting and following up on discovery, developing and contributing to strategy.
• Handle intensive Multi-District Litigation matters and class actions, as well as the full range of complex commercial cases.
• Clerkship or trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, government investigations and criminal prosecutions.
• Draft pleadings and follow up on discovery; contribute to litigation strategy.
• Work as part of a dynamic litigation team and independently where needed.
