Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Preferred background: carrier-side insurance defense or related civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced litigators to develop strategy and respond quickly to developments.
• Handle meaningful courtroom and client-facing responsibilities from early on in cases.
• Contribute to carrier-defense, commercial litigation and construction litigation matters.
