Who We Need

Our litigation team is looking for an associate attorney with 0-2 years of relevant experience to work in our commercial litigation practice group. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and document review.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
• Manage client communications and provide timely updates.
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 0-2 years of experience, with a background in litigation.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience and skillset.
