Job summary

Cruser Mitchell is a Georgia-based national litigation defense firm seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join our growing team.

You will handle a civil defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, managing case strategy, and participating in mediations and negotiations. Mentorship and hands-on training are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in general liability (premises, trucking, auto).
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join our growing team.

This attorney will handle a civil defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing case strategy and client communication
• Participating in mediations and negotiations
• Preparing matters for trial

This role also offers the opportunity to gain experience with hands-on training and mentorship.
