Job summary

The firm offers hands-on trial exposure, client contact, and a pathway through a defined membership track. Remote/hybrid options are considered after training.

Licensure in Georgia or pending results is required. Ideal candidates have at least two years of practice experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or better.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or pending Georgia bar exam results.
• Two years of practice experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events with thorough reporting.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
