Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Litigation.
• Strong writing, organization, and oral advocacy skills.
• Bench trial experience not required, but must be confident appearing in court and conducting hearings.
• Must be licensed in D.C. MD & VA are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Regular court appearances, including initial returns, motions hearings, and bench/jury trials.
• Prepare and argue motions, draft pleadings, oppositions, discovery responses, and trial documents.
• Draft and respond to discovery and document production requests.
