• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure.
• Comfortable handling depositions and motion hearings.

We’re looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney who’s ready to own their cases, bring courtroom energy, and help push litigation files toward powerful resolutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload of personal injury litigation files from complaint to close

• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, witnesses, experts, you name it)

• Argue motions in court and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Oversee litigation support staff and collaborate with your case team

• Keep everything moving on time—court deadlines, filings, client communications

• Leverage the firm’s CRM to track, communicate, and keep cases flowing

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school + active California Bar license - 2+ years of litigation experience (personal injury a strong plus)

• Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure

• Confident writer and compelling oral advocate

• Comfortable handling depositions and motion hearings

• Organized, efficient, and tech-savvy

• Clear communicator who builds rapport with clients and colleagues

• Driven, humble, and hungry to grow
