Cyber Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A respected law firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is actively seeking a full-time Cyber Litigation Associate Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy litigation who thrives in a high-volume, team-oriented setting. The position is remote, with opportunities for direct client interaction, ongoing mentorship, and active involvement in case strategy and execution.

Duties:

Handle a variety of cybersecurity-related litigation matters

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Manage discovery, depositions, and pre-trial preparation

Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions

Collaborate closely with team members across multiple offices

Stay current on developments in cyber and privacy law

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing

1-3 years of experience in cyber litigation, privacy law, or a related field

Strong analytical and legal research abilities

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (mandatory)

Skills:

Sound judgment in evaluating legal risks and crafting practical solutions

Familiarity with federal and state privacy laws and data breach regulations

Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation management platforms
