The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on construction defects, general insurance defense, and first-party property litigation. The attorney will be expected to manage cases through all stages of litigation, from legal research to trial preparation.

Duties:

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including motion practice, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court and at depositions, showcasing exceptional advocacy skills.
• Provide thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute defense plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal precedents, and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on case progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in construction defect, general insurance defense, and first-party property litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Experience with litigation matters through all phases, from filing to trial preparation.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.

Education:
