We’re looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney who is licensed in California, but can live anywhere in the U.S. If you’re comfortable managing litigation files, showing up for hearings as needed, and thrive in a remote-first environment—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload of California personal injury litigation files

• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions

• Take and defend depositions (remote and in-person when required)

• Represent clients at motion hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Collaborate with your litigation support team and case managers

• Communicate regularly with clients and meet court-imposed deadlines

• Use our cloud-based systems to keep cases moving efficiently

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar License (required)

• 2+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred)

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Comfortable with Zoom, cloud platforms, and remote collaboration

• Willingness to travel to California for hearings or depositions when necessary

• Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented

• Independent, accountable, and driven to grow
