Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to senior attorneys by drafting, analyzing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including electronically stored information (ESI), large-scale document productions, and document review.
  • Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trial proceedings.
  • Conduct due diligence related to contracts, agreements, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct and assist with depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.
  • Independently manage assignments and legal matters to achieve client objectives.

Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C.is seeking an experiencedLitigation Associate Attorneyto join its Seattle office. OMW emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented approach to delivering high-quality legal services and is seeking applicants with strong research and writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to work closely with multiple attorneys and staff.

This position supports the firm's litigation department with a focus oncomplex commercial litigation, product liability, environmental law, and insurance coverage matters.

Location:Seattle, WA

Qualifications

Compensation
