Masis Professional Group is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Philadelphia, PA, offering a hybrid schedule: three days onsite and two days remote. The role spans from inception through trial and appeal, with opportunity to handle a broad range of litigation matters and interact directly with clients and senior attorneys.

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience is preferred with opportunities across experience levels.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, or awaiting admission.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Responsabilités

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Appear regularly in court for conferences, oral argument, and other proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and priorities across an active caseload.
• Communicate directly with clients and assume substantive case responsibilities.

Masis Professional Group is recruiting Litigation Associate Attorneys for an established litigation firm in Philadelphia. The firm is open to attorneys across experience levels and offers compensation commensurate with experience. This is an opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for litigation matters while working directly with clients and experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Appear regularly in court for conferences, oral argument, and other proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and priorities across an active caseload.
• Communicate directly with clients and assume substantive case responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience is preferred, with opportunities available across experience levels.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, or have sat for the Pennsylvania Bar and be awaiting admission.

Preferred Qualifications

• New Jersey Bar admission.
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Base salary of $95,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience.
