We Are Legal Revolution in Philadelphia is seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 3–8 years of post-bar experience and an active Pennsylvania bar to join our hybrid office. The role combines courtroom work with counseling and strategy on exposure for carriers.

The firm emphasizes mentoring and a path to leading a team, with trials and hearings expected as part of the practice. A strong Pennsylvania presence and a collaborative, low-ego environment are central to this position.

Competenze

Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 3–8 years of post-bar experience and an active Pennsylvania bar. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

Our client is a national civil-defense firm with a Philadelphia office handling Pennsylvania general liability and casualty. The firm tries cases and hires people it wants to keep — mentoring and a path to run a team, not a two-year stop. The office is low-ego. $200K hybrid.
