Job summary

Kubicki Draper's Orlando office seeks an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. Insurance defense is preferred, but plaintiff-side experience is welcome. The candidate will draft and review pleadings, respond to motions and discovery, and collaborate with the team and clients. Strong writing and research abilities are essential.

Florida Bar in good standing is required for consideration, with the opportunity to contribute to a diverse and dynamic litigation practice at a respected firm.

Job description

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an attorney with 3+ years experience that is interested in joining our litigation practice. Experience in insurance defense is preferred but we are also open to candidates with plaintiff-side experience, as many of those skills transfer well to this role.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing to be considered
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions
• Respond to motions & discovery
• Insurance defense experience preferred
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
