Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Minnesota seeks a litigation attorney with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial, civil, real estate or construction cases. You will develop and execute sophisticated strategies and manage all phases of litigation through trial preparation.

We are a highly accomplished Minnesota law firm with 2 offices and more than 50 attorneys. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters for our clients across the state.

Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Commercial, civil, real estate or construction litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in Minnesota. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
