The selected attorney will play an active role in defending workplace disputes, advising employers on day-to-day employment issues, and handling complex wage and hour collective and class action matters.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of employment litigation or related litigation experience, including exposure to wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination matters, and administrative agency proceedings. Experience taking and defending depositions is preferred. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and analytical skills, and be admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for admission by waiver or reciprocity.
Compensation for this position ranges from $215,000-$275,000, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes performance and productivity-based bonus opportunities.
