Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense or similar litigation practices.
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and case management independently.
• Strong understanding of procedural rules and litigation workflow.
• Ability to manage a billable caseload and meet productivity expectations.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing.

We are seeking an experienced litigation associate to support a busy practice focused on complex defense-side matters. In this role, we handle a steady stream of litigation work and rely on our associates to take meaningful ownership of cases from early strategy through resolution. This is a hands‑on position with direct involvement in case development, client communication, and litigation execution.
