Qualifications

• Admission to the Delaware Bar required.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience in Delaware commercial, corporate, or complex business matters.
• Familiarity with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and District of Delaware practice.
• Experience drafting written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation.
• Desire to develop as lead litigation counsel and Delaware counsel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and act as either lead or Delaware counsel.
• Draft dispositive and discovery motions.
• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and argue motions.
• Participate in trials and contribute to team performance.
