Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in its Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience to handle sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes and gain hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities include depositions, discovery, and drafting pleadings. Delaware Bar admission is required; PA or NJ admission is a plus. The firm offers a competitive base salary, discretionary bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and a 10% employer

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Wilmington, DE office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to gain hands‑on litigation experience, develop deposition and courtroom skills, and work on sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court CCLD, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
• Prepare for and assist with depositions.
• Manage discovery and eDiscovery processes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Work on corporate governance disputes, derivative actions, commercial contract disputes, business divorce, trade secret matters, and other complex litigation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Delaware Bar.
• Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with trials, class actions, or special committee litigation is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

The firm offers a competitive base salary , discretionary bonuses, comprehensive health benefits with 100% premium coverage, and an annual employer contribution of 10% of gross compensation to its defined contribution profit‑sharing plan, subject to the plan's vesting schedule.
