Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility via reciprocity.
• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with electronic discovery and document-intensive litigation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial and appeal.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests, and manage large-scale document productions.
• Prepare for, defend, and take depositions.
• Perform legal and factual research, and draft dispositive motions, briefs, and litigation filings.
• Participate in hearings, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Assist with appellate briefing and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Base salary: $240,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr plus performance‑based year‑end bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible PTO.
