Qualifications

• 2-6+ years civil litigation experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Drafting demand letters, motions, depositions, and related filings.
• Desire to take on increasing responsibility in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters and client relations.
• Appear in court and handle hearings as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Handle a varied caseload including HOA, contract, business tort, and real estate disputes.
