Milligan Lawless is seeking a Litigation Associate with two to six years of experience to join its litigation team.

This position offers the opportunity to take a hands‑on role in a wide range of civil litigation and government investigation matters within a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment. New associates will take an active role in all facets of litigation, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participating in depositions and hearings
• Assisting with and conducting trial preparation, trial work, and administrative agency hearings
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Analyzing complex legal and factual issues
