Litigation Associate — Location: New York, NY

A prominent U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation practice in New York. The team advises clients across white collar defence, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters alongside a respected group of litigators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all stages of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Draft interrogatories, briefs, and memoranda with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Conduct detailed legal research and develop case strategies in collaboration with senior lawyers.
• Engage directly with clients, providing updates and contributing to strategic planning.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of team best practices.

Who You Are

• 4–6 years of litigation experience gained at a leading law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in white collar, investigations, or complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic record with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to client service.
• Member of the New York Bar (or eligible for admission).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 DOE
