HO & WEE LLP is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of dispute resolution and contentious matters.

The role involves managing litigation files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and contracts, and advising clients on civil and commercial matters. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely and effective legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with up to 3 years PQE.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt legal technology tools is preferred.
• Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
