A litigation team is seeking associates with substantial complex litigation and trial experience to join its Los Angeles office, with a particular focus on trial work.

The role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters across a broad range of substantive areas, while taking an active role in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

What You’ll Work On

• Developing case strategy and managing complex litigation matters
• Researching and drafting dispositive and contested motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Directing discovery and expert workup
• Preparing and examining witnesses at trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings
• Serving as a senior member of trial teams, owning the pretrial record, and supervising and developing junior associates for more senior candidates

The position offers $310,000–$450,000 in annual compensation, depending on qualifications and other operational considerations, along with health care, retirement benefits, paid sick and vacation time, parental leave, basic life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and discretionary performance-based bonuses.
