This position involves high-impact litigation matters including constitutional law, civil rights, First Amendment, takings, class actions, and eminent domain cases tied to major infrastructure projects across the state.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle all stages of litigation across federal and state courts
• Shape legal strategies for complex, high-stakes cases
• Contribute to eminent domain and public project cases of statewide significance
