Job summary

Yuke Law is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a premier California firm. You will handle sophisticated civil litigation, take depositions, draft and argue motions, and work directly with clients from early in matters to trial.

You will contribute to case strategy, mentor opportunities, and build meaningful courtroom experience in a fast-paced environment with direct partner collaboration and ambitious growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sophisticated civil litigation matters.
• Trial or courtroom experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure.
• Experience drafting and arguing substantive motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills; strong academics.
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Yuke Law is seeking an experienced litigation attorney who wants to take on meaningful responsibility, work on sophisticated cases, and build real courtroom experience.
