Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate Attorney at YOKA | SMITH, LLP. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiations, and representing clients in various legal matters in litigation through trial. The ideal candidate should have 1-10 years of prior litigation experience, who is a self-starter capable of handling his or her caseload with a high degree of autonomy, and who have a passion for trial practice. Salary commensurate with experience level.
