Job summary

Werge & Corbin Law Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Litigation Associate (3–6 years) to support an active litigation practice. You will work independently on matters and collaborate on trial teams, handling filings, research, and discovery with direct client and court communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of civil litigation experience, active Colorado admission, and strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions as your experience grows
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings with appropriate support
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Handle litigation tasks independently while knowing when to seek guidance

Werge & Corbin Law Group is a small‑but‑mighty law firm focused on providing efficient and high‑quality legal services to small businesses, individuals, creatives, and nonprofits. We are looking for a motivated Litigation Associate who is eager to support the firm’s active litigation practice, by working both independently and collaboratively, doing real legal work, with active and open communication, to help our amazing clients.

We are looking for an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience who wants to do meaningful work for real clients.You'll work alongside our team of experienced attorneys , while managing some of your own matters, and also working on case and trial teams for larger matters.

What You'll Do:
