Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate Litigation Attorney/Clerk, based at our Denver, CO office. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions. The Associate Litigation Attorney will assist and collaborate with associate and senior attorneys and support various facets of litigation and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of litigation experience. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply, including candidates who have taken the Colorado Bar Exam and are awaiting results, as well as graduates who have not yet passed the exam.
• Prior experience in franchise law, bankruptcy, or civil matters is a plus
• Law review experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including civil and commercial litigation
• Experienced in drafting and handling Motions
• Proficient in navigating legal procedures in various Courts
