RightWorks seeks a Litigation Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) in Denver to join a highly regarded civil litigation practice. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of post-law-school experience, preferably from a large law firm and/or judicial clerkship.
The associate will handle litigation and arbitration matters in Colorado and nationwide, including commercial, construction, real estate, environmental, toxic tort, energy, and white-collar disputes. Compensation is top‑of‑market with strong benefits.

The Denver office seeks an outstanding junior‑ or mid‑level associate to join our highly regarded civil litigation practice. Ideal candidates should have two to four years of post‑law school experience, preferably from a large law firm and/or judicial clerkship.

Regardless of experience level, all candidates should be curious, driven, and dedicated to professional growth. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. All candidates should feel comfortable interacting directly with partners and clients.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not a requirement. Applicants must currently be licensed, or be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Colorado.
Compensation for this role will be top‑of‑market, with an annualized salary range of $235,000 to $310,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. The position may be eligible for a discretionary or hours‑based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, the position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
