Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a litigation associate in Connecticut with opportunities in Stamford, Hartford, or Shelton. The role offers mentorship from a Managing Partner and exposure to a wide range of matters, including insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, and product liability.

We require CT bar admission and strong research, writing, and verbal skills, with experience in pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial filings.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in CT.
• Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of matters including insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, and product liability.
• Prepare and respond to initial pleadings and motions to dismiss.
• Handle discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings.

Open to Stamford, Hartford, or Shelton, Connecticut (CT) location. Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add an Associate to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law!
