Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a dedicated Litigation Associate in Connecticut, with offices in Stamford, Hartford, or Shelton. Candidates must be barred in CT and ready to touch on a wide range of matters including insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, and product liability.

We value strong legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills, with experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and supporting trial-related filings.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in CT.
• Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are required.
• Experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, discovery, and trial-related filings.

Responsibilities

• Assist on insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related court filings.
• Support litigation team with research and trial preparation.

Open to Stamford, Hartford, or Shelton, Connecticut (CT) location. Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add an Associate to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law!
