This 70‑attorney firm offers the chance to work on meaningful legal matters that regularly proceed to trial - ideal for someone looking to sharpen their litigation skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

The role centers on insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, and automobile liability, representing both insurers and insureds.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate effectively with clients and carriers
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues
• Independently manage a litigation caseload
