Job summary

Walrath Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a full-time, direct-hire role.

You will consult with clients, perform case research, draft and review legal texts, and appear in hearings and trials. The ideal candidate is NYS-licensed, has 3–5 years of litigation experience, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NYS.
• 3-5 years of experience practicing law.
• Experience in litigation is required.
