Boutique law firm with offices in multiple cities seeks a Litigation Associate for its Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing.
The firm is seeking candidates with 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience (preferably someone with practical experience handling hearings, depositions, etc., but that is not required).
This person will primarily be working on homeowners' association matters (collections, lien foreclosures, covenant violations, legal advice, etc.), but they will likely also assist with other cases involving business litigation, construction defects and personal injury. HOA experience is ideal but not required.
The base salary is $90,000 to $100,000 and up depending upon the person's experience.
The firm has excellent bonus opportunities (potentially earning an additional $6,500 per quarter for hitting billable hours). That bonus is paid quarterly, and it is based upon hours "billed" not "collected." They also have strong benefits and an end-of-year bonus opportunity.
Rob Hadden, Esq. is the contact for this position (he is the owner of Summit Driven and a Legal Recruiter for David Carrie LLC).
