Key Responsibilities

As a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney, you will:

  • Represent employers, insurers, and third‑party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare settlement documents.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues to advise clients effectively.

  • Maintain detailed communication and reporting with clients and colleagues.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Location: California – Remote or In‑Office (Agoura Hills, Encino, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego, and others).
  • Schedule: Full‑time, flexible hybrid or remote arrangement.
  • Billable Target: 40 hours/week (additional hours count toward bonuses; legal assistants’ billed hours can contribute).
