Qualifications

• 3–6 years of defense litigation experience, including consumer warranty exposure.
• JD from an accredited university.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and junior associates to develop legal arguments and defenses.

Job description

Our client, a leading Chambers-ranked global law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6years of litigation experience to join its consumer warranty and product liability practice. The firm offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive group that is expanding its team.

This firm offers:

• Office type: Fully remote (can be located anywhere in US) or hybrid (San Francisco - Los Angeles - Orange County offices)
• Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance; (competitive monthly & annual bonus opportunities)
• Base Salary:$160K-$200K (commensurate with experience)
