Role Description

This full-time, on-site Litigation Associate role is based in Amarillo, TX. The Litigation Associate will be given the opportunity to handle cases as a first chair attorney and also work on larger matters in a supportive role. Our firm prides itself on training and mentoring our associates, providing a young lawyer with the opportunity to learn the art of litigation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with practice before state and federal courts
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in Texas (or eligibility for admission)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Prior litigation experience is preferred
