You will assess litigation strategy, discovery plans, privilege analysis, and evidentiary reasoning; evaluate AI-generated arguments against procedural posture and governing standards; review preservation and production recommendations, and flag issues that require senior-lawyer judgment.

Qualifications

• Active US bar membership and 6+ years in complex commercial litigation.
• Hands-on experience with discovery strategy, depositions, dispositive motions, or trial preparation.
• Exceptional legal research, citation, and evidence-analysis discipline.
