This is a remote, project-based role with flexible scope.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. legal license required.
• 7+ years in commercial contract negotiation or contract law.
• Experience reviewing or delivering contract work with substantial responsibility.

This is remote, project-based contract work. Scope, hours, and assignments depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Requirements

• Active relevant legal qualification and 7+ years of experience in commercial contract negotiation or contract law.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in contract interpretation, drafting, remedies, and allocation of risk, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

Pay

$160–$210/hr
