Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to help collect spontaneous Lithuanian speech for evaluating and developing next-generation AI technologies. This freelance, remote role starts immediately. Work from home with flexible, task-based hours (about 2–4 hours daily).

You will record conversations, annotate data, and provide metadata following project guidelines. Requirements: native Lithuanian, strong English to understand instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Native Lithuanian language skills with authentic pronunciation.
• Strong English to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to annotate metadata.
• Experience in speech recording or annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Lithuanian speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations, like conversations.
• Complete conversational tasks with AI or systems.
• Annotate data according to provided instructions.
• Provide required metadata for each recording.
